What happens during the visit?

We begin by screening the people scheduled for the appointment. If lice is confirmed, the technician will evaluate the hair, explain appropriate treatment options, and review the expected time and cost. You decide whether to proceed.

Can you see the whole family?

Yes, let us know how many people need to be checked so we can plan enough time. If you select a guaranteed plan, additional household screening and aftercare requirements apply. A child who spends time in two households may require screening of applicable people in both.

How do I prepare?

• Detangle each person's hair and remove braids.
• Tell us about extensions before the appointment.
• Save any bug you found in a sealed bag.
• Provide your complete address when requesting service so we can confirm that we cover your area.
