To ensure our Peace-of-Mind Membership is used as intended — for prevention, early detection, and priority support — there is a 45-day grace period after joining before member pricing and benefits become active.
This means new members cannot apply discounted treatment rates to an existing lice case. After 45 days, your full membership benefits take effect, giving your family stress-free access to unlimited screenings, priority scheduling, and member-only perks.

Pricing & Terms
• $17.99 per month per household
• Membership is recurring monthly and may be canceled anytime with 30 days’ notice.
• Member-only pricing and benefits apply only to active memberships. To ensure fairness, there is a 45-day grace period after joining before member pricing and benefits become effective. This ensures the membership is used for peace-of-mind and prevention, not to receive discounts on existing lice cases.
• Unlimited screenings must be scheduled in advance. Members receive priority scheduling — no walk-ins are accepted.
• Discounts and priority access apply only to household members listed on the account.
• Abuse of membership benefits, including repeated cancellations and re-enrollments to gain discounted services, may result in suspension or termination of membership.

PALS Club Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Fee & Coverage
• $17.99 per month per household
• Applies to one household residence. Additional households or family members require separate memberships; otherwise, standard treatment fees apply.
Eligibility & Enrollment
• Lets Be PALS, LLC may approve or deny enrollment and reserves the right to terminate membership at our discretion.
Grace Period & Rejoining
• There is a 45-day grace period from the date of enrollment before member benefits and pricing take effect.
• If you cancel after using treatment services, a $400 rejoining fee applies if you re-enroll within one year of your original membership.
Payments & Auto-Renewal
• Credit cards on file will be charged automatically each month.
• Membership may be canceled at any time with no contract required.
• To prevent auto-renewal, submit written notice at least four business days before your billing cycle ends to help@letsbepals.com with “NO AUTO-RENEW” in the subject line.
Membership Benefits & Scheduling
• Unlimited visual screenings are available by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
• Members receive priority scheduling during outbreaks and first-to-know notifications for school or camp exposures.
• Free screenings are limited to one per family member every 30 days.
Verification & Identification
• We may require government-issued or student photo ID and verification of household information prior to providing services.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
• Lets Be PALS, LLC may update or modify these terms at any time. Members are responsible for maintaining a current email address and reviewing this policy periodically.
